Glitch blocks and a sign removal!

ISSUE:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Can I get an admin to fix some glitch blocks and take off a sign for a chest, everything that is in the chest is my roommates I just want to move the chest so I can place blocks there. Also all the empty blocks are the glitch blocks
