Glitched Block Areas | Housing Issues

ISSUE:
There are some areas in my apartment where it doesn't allow me to place blocks.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I surrounded them with the lime green blocks specifically at these coordinates:
X:1741 and X:1742, Y:75, Z:1354
X:1748, Y:76, Z:1354 and Z:1365
X:1741 and X:1742, Y:76, Z:1358
X:1751 and X:1750, Y:76, Z:1364
X:1741 and X:1742, Y:76, Z:1367
X:1752, Y:71, Z:1370
X:1751, Y:71, Z:1371

It's in the apartment complex D, room 403.
