Glitched Block Areas

ISSUE:
There are some areas in my apartment where i can’t place blocks.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I surrounded them with the lime green blocks specifically at these coordinates:
X1585, Y50, Z555 and Z554
X1579, Y50, Z557
X1580, Y46, Z559
X1579, Y46, Z559

I’m in the apartment complex f3, room 204.
