Glitched block in New Complex | SillySora

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1229 / 24 / 1184
ISSUE: Block unable to be removed "You do not have the required permission to delete a Command Sign!"
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pictures, as well as when I tried placing a sign on it, I was teleported most likely into the Pent above mine.
