Glitched Block, Unable to place anything there

There is one glitched space(its just 1 block long and wide). We can't place any blocks there (1621 17 1301)

Additional Information:
The apartment is mainly owned by BlurryFrost, I'm just a co-owner. Yes she consented to me reporting this issue beforehand
