Glitched Custom Item from AH

VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME: Green Necklace

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I bought the green necklace from the AH, but when I tried to equip it it just vanished from my inventory. I relogged and it was back in my inventory, but the model changed to a credit card. The screenshots show proof of what it looked like beforehand, and the items new name in my inventory.
