I had the custom tiara on my head and was holding a birth control pill. (No I wasn't doing anything, Someone randomly gave it to me.) I accidentally right clicked it and the tiara was gone and the birth control pill was some how on my head. I clicked on all the extra slots because I know it was common glitch but it was gone.
