EVIDENCE:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I was moving some food into my hot bar from my inventory and my tiara came off, I moved it into another space in my hot bar. But it glitched and it didn't go into the space I put it in, it's gone. Also in the screenshot, the tiara//crown is on top of my head.
