Glitched Phone

Hi, so i was a bird ingame and i had my phone out and called someone and i remembered that when your a bird no one can understand you so i put my phone in my offhand and then clicked on the school planner purple journal thing, and my phone glitched out and disappeared i have made a ticket but no ingame has responded, it was a blue smart phone worth around 45-50k. My user is MD81, would staff be able to get it back for me? i have already made a ticket ingame but no response!
