Glitched signs/chests

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): X: 1484 Y: 18 Z: 754

ISSUE: There are three chests under my name that I can't delete for some reason. They're all empty and I even had a mod do it for me, but it wouldn't let them either. They're located next to stairs and should be easily findable inside the house on the first floor.
