Glitched throught the ground and lost everything (Evidence available) Staff help please!

Hello! I was just hanging arround, when I used a mount (HyperCart) and glitched throught the ground and fell into the void, while I was falling I disconected hoping for something to happen, after that I reconnected again, fell into the void and died. I was lucky for Nvidia ShadowPlay being turned on, I was able to record on the last moments.

I had 12 Reputation points
I had arround 5000 Yen
