Teachers are super important to SRP because they make the whole school setting feel real in a roleplay scenario. With teachers around, students can get involved in classes, have fun learning, and develop their characters in new ways.

Hoshina Takeshima has a striking looks that’s impossible to ignore. Her long black hair falls perfectly around her face as her sharp blue eyes have a way to look like the ocean when you stare in them but there is a hint at a quiet intensity beneath the surface. She carries a calm presence, as it notifies that she can take control when its needed, always observing, as she rarely letting her guard down. With her natural confidence, she blends in with elegance and mystery with no effort. She would even without even trying, she has a way of standing out wherever she goes, drawing attention with ease.

What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Well I view the students with alot of patience and high expectations. I do truly believes in that they can do their bests and to help them to challenge themselves, I often try giving them a small nudge to step out of their comfort zones so they can do well. I can be very understanding of their struggles, but I don't tolerate laziness or lack of effort, I only expect each student to give their best.

As for my fellow colleagues I see them as crucial partners that helps the next generation. I highly respect their unique teaching styles and as I also value the insights they bring to the table to help these students. I can keep conversations and such professional, I am here always willing to collaborate, exchange ideas and learn from their experiences. I also see that a strong team of teachers can positively impact students, so I encourages a supportive, unified approach. I admire colleagues who are genuinely dedicated to their students growth and well being.

What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
I want to be a good teacher because I want to truly make my students see that school isn't that bad and going to class either. I just my want children that I teach to understand that maths is a valuable tool that they will need in the future and I want to make them realize that it isn't only about numbers, shapes, and difficulty when learning it. As they partake on a subject that can be difficult but I want to work to make it a safe space where they can come to me and ask questions and the right methods to solve a problem. I love seeing their happy faces and confidence when they solve a problem and they got it right. My plans to teach is to cultivate a lifelong love of study and critical thinking so the students don't need to be afraid.

Roleplay Scenarios

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
I will be more proactive in attending to the needs of my students if I observe that they are having difficulty understanding the material I am presenting. In order to identify any trouble spots, I would first pay great attention to the student's body language and level of participation. If the student is still struggling, I will invite them to stay after class and offer to meet for a tutoring session. It might help to provide a more relaxed and supportive setting where the student may freely open up about their concerns about the subject with nobody to disturb them. I would give a few strategies that might be easier and simpler for the student at the moment. I would recommend to have open discussion and not to be scared to ask question because there no question that is stupid.

A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
If the child is continuously disruptive in class, I would address the behavior thoughtfully and constructively. Firstly, I would calmly remind the student of the classroom rules and expectations regarding participation and respect for others. If the disruptive behavior continues, I will sent an invite the student to step out of the classroom for a private conversation. During this discussion, I will express my concerns about how their actions is impact the learning environment and the other students cant focus because of the student. I will say its okay to talk but we are in a class doing work, talking and such is in-between breaks and lunch breaks or when I say they have a few minutes of rest time. I would also say if we go inside right now, the student will raise their hands when asking a question and if he continues to Break the classroom Rules it would result in me kicking the Student out of class. Students join classes to learn not being Disruptive so the other students cant think straight or answer any questions.

Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Idea 1 - Math Escape Room: a Math themed escape room challenge type Idea where students should work in small groups to solve a bunch of math problems to "escape" the room also well known is to leave Class early. Each group would get 10 questions each group and the fastest that gets them all right can Leave the Classroom early. I can include various topics such as algebra, Word problems, Abstract problems or Budgeting questions whatever I feel like asking them. This activity encourages teamwork, critical thinking, and application of math concepts in a fun, competitive setting.

Idea 2 - Real life problems: setting up a project where students to take home for homework to explore how Math is used in real life problems. Each Group can choose a topic, such as budgeting for a school or something to people struggle day to day life but they need math with it. They would research their topic, gather data if they like, and present their findings to the class saying a few words Infront of the class. The project can encourages students to apply Math concepts in practical scenarios and it would help them in the future, it shows importance in everyday life while fostering creativity and critical thinking where math is needed.
