I would say before I took this break I was a pretty active player, got over 20 weeks of play time.
My current activity, though it's not the greatest. I can't stay away from something I love to do. Though I felt stuck a few times I feel like this is a fresh start for me and give a goal to work towards to. I am willing to built my activity back up.
In your own words, why do you think professors are important to SchoolRP?
Professors, they play a crucial role within the server among the teachers. They only not help contribute to the roleplay atmosphere, they help create roleplay experiences..
Not only Teachers but Professors as well are Essential, due to the fact they help build the foundation of a players education in SRP.
Teachers and Professors are crucial to SchoolRP. Without them - SchoolRP would not exist today. To put it bluntly No Professors/Teachers = No SchoolRP.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive, you may face demotion or removal from the faction?

Hoshina Takeshima has a striking looks that’s impossible to ignore. Her long black hair falls perfectly around her face as her sharp eyes have a way to look like the sea as you stare in them but there is a hint at a quiet intensity beneath the surface. She carries a calm presence, as it notifies that she can take control when its needed, always observing, as she rarely letting her guard down. With her natural confidence, she blends in with elegance and mystery with no effort. She would even without even trying, she has a way of standing out wherever she goes, drawing attention with ease.

Hoshina is a heartful and kind person, dedicated to help her students to succeed in school. As she is known for her calm and composed demeanor, she combines patience with determination, ensuring even the most challenging concepts are understood. While she is kind and approachable, she holds her students to high exceptions, as she expects them to not to be lazy and to keep their head high

History|Her Past

Her past is steeped in sorrow. At four years old, she was abandoned by her parents and left in the care of an abusive relative. Whenever someone brings up her family or her past, she goes silent, quickly changing the subject as if the words themselves are too heavy to bear.
Years passed and at the age of Eighteen, She met the love of her life! "Aiko Kagami" a kind and devoted member of the Kagami Family. They eventually got Married and built a life together, filled with warmth, love and the joy of starting a family of their own.

Aiko was involved in a devastating car accident and died at the scene of the impact... The loss shattered her world. Even now, she struggles to mend the cracks left behind, she kept going for the children that he left behind and for herself, but grief still lingers in every quiet moment.
Strangely, she never formed a good relationship with the head of the Kagami Family. She doesn't fully understand why, but whenever they pass each other, she catches herself glaring. It's not anger or bitterness, more like subconscious reaction... - Perhaps tied to the ways he spoke to her when they joined the teacher faction. His tone, his demeanor... something about it unsettled her from the start. Still, she learned to live with it, and despite the past tension, they've grown to be something close to friends.
Months later, she met Hiroto - Her most recent Partner, for a while, a source of joy she never expected to find again. They shared laughter, raised their twins together and she allowed herself to hope again. But everything shifted the day she overheard him speaking to someone else about their relationship, about her, in a way that cut deep.
Two weeks later, Hiroto asked for a divorce. He said, "You were never really there." Though the separation was civil - for the sake of the kids and their twins - the words haunted her. And not long after the papers were signed, she learned the final blow, he had been unfaithful. The betrayal left her hollow.
Now she's trying to move on. Doing her best to be strong for her children and for herself... but part of her still wonders if she will ever find someone who truly sees her and stays
What is their outlook on students and their co-workers?
I guess after the years teaching for Highschool, my point of view changed a tiny bit but I still view everyone the same
Students:
When I view the students when I just started out here as a teacher I had a lot of patience and high expectations that I still have of course. And I still believe in that they can do their bests, I often try giving them a small nudge to step out of their comfort zones so they can do well. I can be very understanding of their struggles, but I don't have the same tolerance I once had. Every student is unique in their own way, but sometimes that uniqueness makes me question my sanity.
Co-workers:
As for my fellow colleagues don't get me started... I love them but I am glad I am applying for professors. I thought I still highly respect their unique teaching styles and as I also value the insights they bring to the table to help these students but they still test my patience, they test me so much I even chased Reiji with a slipper... Don't ask. Even with all that I still can keep conversations and professional, I still strive to be a better version of myself so new faculty can look up and learn from the mistakes I do so they don't do the same. I am here to help and learn with every faculty around me. I see my colleagues humans, we make mistakes and we learn from it.
What is their motivation for becoming a professor?:
My motivation? Let's see here... I am here for change, I want something different in my life while doing something I love, teaching, helping and being there for students. Though I was here before, I got a lot of insight and experience when doing things. I think everyone faction likes a person when they know their way around.
Even though I was here before, I would like the professor side of things to give me a chance to not help around but give me the ability to change the way I do things, the chance to see a different light of things. That's my motivation, a change to see a different side of things for once in my life.
