A couple things that I wish to note down here is the fact that these shifts that I've displayed are merely T4's ( night shifts ), despite that, there are also day shifts in my workplace that start from 8 AM - 5 PM ( GMT + 3 ). The reason as to why I haven't displayed them is because I mainly work night shifts ( like 90% of the times ) but when I do work day shifts then it's most likely because they couldn't find someone else to fill in. Even so, by the time that I return home from either a day or night shift, I not only synchronize myself perfectly with players abroad, but I still have more than enough energy to hop on if needed for a meeting, roleplay scenario, continue/fill in quota, etc.

( And yes, if you're wondering that my schedule has changed since the last time I've applied for this position on my alt account, that is the result of my promotion which had taken place just about three weeks prior to me finishing this application. )

APPLICATION INFORMATION
What position are you applying for?:

Governer

What is your motivation for applying?:
I wish to give this side of the SRP community a try once more. In my opinion, the government faction was somewhat underrated at first glance but after going out of my way to have a couple RP sessions with a fellow governer, I've decided that it'd be fun and worth giving it a proper shot at becoming one myself and of course, being part of the faction itself. I'm not after the money or the "power" the tag that it would hold, but the roleplaying potential that it could have across numerous situations I wish to get my character involved into.

Ever since I had no other choice but to part ways with this faction as I've barely been part of it for a month ( on my alt account, El_Vencedor ) I've grown ashamed and wanted to repay all of the people that had been there on my journey as a governer for my very first try. The working environment both ICLY and OOCLY was nothing short of a paradise for the player that was new to the faction and I've been left in awe and fascinated at just how patient, kind and responsible my higherups were at the given time, not only during trainings but also during court sessions. To know and be put at ease by such players that were there to guide you through your 'newbie' phase of the faction was one thing, but to realize that these said players, plus the higherups from the faction itself were proactively hearing everyobody's opinions when it came down to office decor, quota changes, etc. was something else entirely and a feature of a faction I haven't seen in ages.

That is exactly why I am 'remaking' this application, to show that I am more than willing to return to my initial role, to continue the work I was taught to do and tasks I was assigned to in the earliest days of this summer. I wish for this application to be seen both as a good effort to show my true and positive intentions, and a formal apology to those that spent their time teaching me everything I know about the SRP town hall.

Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
Yes, I do.

What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
To do my job as a governer properly, be active and show no restraint showing that I am motivated and willing to learn. As I've stated previously, the role sounds fun to me and I'd be more than happy to give it a shot. I wish to partake in as many RP scenarios as possible and have my character develop his personality even further with the help of this faction while also showing interest in learning more about how to improve. My motivations haven't changed one bit since the last time I've applied for the role.

In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
Mayor
Deputy-Mayor
Governer
Judge
Lawyer
The mayor is a leader and perhaps the head of a municipal corporation, elected of course, by the public. This role is responsible for overseeing all subordinate positions, and participate in government activities such as speeches for the citizens, calling the shots for the town's better future and developing it.
The mayor's right hand, being more than willing to step in if the Mayor's vacant in their position, having the same responsibilities while also watching over the rest of the departments in the town if ever needed.
Much like the rest, an important role to the government's roster. These people are tasked with duties such as implementing policies, administrating and ensuring the fact that the public services are running accordingly.
Judges are always going to be present in a courtroom to decide the fate of a trial. They are a key part of Karakura's government and are also tasked with handing out warrants and restraining orders.
Arguably one of the most challenging roles to have in the roster, being tasked with cases that could very easily decide their client's fate in a courtroom.

Do you acknowledge that upon being accepted you can be subject to removal at any given time?:
Yes, I do.

Have you read & agreed to follow the Government Faction rules?:
Yes, I have.

Work experience:
With all the time I've spent in the US studying for what I believed would turn out to be profitable job opportunities helped me grow more and more aware of the fact that I could dedicate a quarter of my life in just acquiring pieces of fancy paper with my name written on them with a flashy font just to still end in working a 9-7 job. All the year's I've spent studying could never sum up to those eight weeks I've spent in the Ranger Assessment and Selection Program. I was thrown in both worlds, from the rich, silk wearing snotty bookworms that came to the campus barely looking like they could take another course to the sweaty, barely hygienic future cannon fodders for a US colonel.

I didn't judge, not too harshly at least, as I had known that each and every single individual from these two very distinct "worlds" were all born with a gift, no matter how big or small it may be. Strong dedication, a yearning for knowledge or what one may consider true power or to simply prove themselves were just one of many examples. The look my parents gave me after I've finished my studies and still wanted to put on a uniform will forever be imprinted in my head. My diplomas weren't too far from being used as toilet paper by my higher-ups in the R.A.S.P. program, but I've still managed to pull through.

With the course of 45A as an intelligence officer I've used the knowledge that I have accumulated over the years spent in that forsaken campus to do some real good for the people, whether mine, or foreign, to me there was never a difference. Whether I called the shots on small-phased operations or did as little as a couple briefings, it all kept me on my feet to strive for more, but there was a problem. Something was missing, it was hollow, a chapter in my life I didn't quite get to finish, to return to Karakura, and use all the experience and knowledge I've acquired to do some actual good.

Nationality & born location:
Chicago, USA

Fluent languages (Underline your native):
English, Japanese

Criminal record:

What makes you a good candidate for this job?

I wish to start out strong and say that I am not going to underestimate my capabilities for the liking of the interviewee. In my eyes, Karakura needs more dedicated people to it's cause and it's people. It needs honest and down to earth government workers while still maintaining their important status without flaw in the eyes of the people. Though to answer your question, I'm an extremely hardworking individual, adaptable and have always believed that specialized knowledge gets you right in the front lines of whatever work place you wish to apply for.

I'm fully aware that Karakura's government workers aren't, by all means, stretched thin or not qualified but I can almost guarantee you that I would make a very formidable and reliable asset to the roster and show an unrivaled dedication to fulfill my duty like no other worker has shown before and I mean that whole heartedly. I have no doubt that if offered such an important position for the government of this town and accepted, I'll be executing my tasks and orders with no cut corners or fail.

The endless steps I've dedicated myself to take and climb on like a mountain, the degrees and diplomas I've acquired and worked over the years for, the sweat, blood and tears I've stained many of my polo shirts with while yearning for knowledge and power will never mount to the good that I wish to do for this town's people if I am accepted for this opportunity.
