Grade 12 Glitch.

WHAT YOU NEED (ROLE/RANK): Grade 12
YOUR CURRENTLY ROLE/RANK (IF ANY): Grade 11
EVIDENCE: I've been on the server like a couple years and i used to be a grade 12 (I don't have any physical evidence of this, however.) But as i just came back i have been a grade 11. When i do /grade, this pops up:

I've definitely got the hours to have grade 12, however i don't have proof of this. At a minimum, i would be greatful to at least have the chance to be able to grade up, but ideally i would like to be manually ranked up as i am certain i have the playtime.
