I've been stuck at grade 8 after playing (for hours daily) for a week. After reaching "max", I waited 10 minutes, then relogged trying to update it. After relogging, it reset the timer, however not updating the grade level.

I have picture evidence of this, however I am unable to upload the file due to its large size.
I am willing to discord send picture evidence to an admin if need be.
