Grade and age change

I was told to come here to fix my grade and age as a lot of other people have had this issue, It says I've reached the maximum grade level even though I've played for hours and at some moments it says I need to wait (insert time) minutes to rank up, and when I wait that long it just goes back to the maximum grade level. So I would like to request:
Grade 7 -> 9
Age 13 -> 15
