Grade and age upgrade please

I need at least the 10 or 11 grade
my current role: 8th grade
I started the game yesterday and I asked somebody about how to rank up and they said just play the game so I did and somebody told me about /grade and once I did it it said I have 5 minutes left u ntil the next grade and after 5 minutes I did /grade and it said I have the maximum grade and when I chatted it said I still have the grade 7 rank so I rejoined and on /grade it reset my timer to 60 minutes left until next grade please help...
