/grade bug

I joined this server a while ago, but when I joined back, I realized that my /grade was glitched and stuck on 7th grade. Whenever I would do /grade, there would be a following message that said that the maximum grade had been reached. Would it be okay if my account was looked at in some way to fix this problem?

You can open a ticket in-game with /help and an Admin+ will fix your grade for you
