Grade glitch

Hiya! I recently asked for a grade fix from a Grade 8 to a Grade 12! Here is the link:

I'm still waiting for a mod to fix it after asking in /ooc! I understand that the staff is busy however I realised that my grade has gone down from a Grade 8 to a Grade 7 now. Can staff help me please! :D
