Grade is INVISIBLE (more new account transfer things)

Hello! My old account was ImZackBTW and the new I have made is ImZqckBTW. I had requested on server to be graded up to grade 12 because it helped me be back in the spot where I had left off. I am current Grade 10 yet the grade is invisible as if I had just joined the server. Please help!

Really quickly, I also had been wanting to be notified if I was even able to get the things that I had paid for. Because I had Rich+ on my old account, ANDDD Animal Whotelist. If proof is needed, proof can be provided. Thank you.

You can open a ticket in-game with /help for your grade to be fixed
