Grade issue

WHAT YOU NEED (ROLE/RANK): Grade 12
YOUR CURRENT ROLE/RANK: Grade 11
EVIDENCE: Whenever I wait out time to move up to grade 12, the timer always resets opposed to just saying I've reached the maximum grade(hence why I'm unable to provide a screenshot of that) but I've been stuck at grade 11 for at least a week.
