Grade not Changing.

Hi, I've been playing on this server for about 3 months now and I've been stuck at 17 for 2 months, I am currently in grade 12 and whenever I type in /grade it tells me I've reached the maximum grade. If there's anybody who could help me fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
