Grade / Rankup Glitch

I can’t seem to grade up because it says that i’ve “reached the maximum grade level” when i’m only Grade 7. Is there any way I can fix this issue?

Nevermind, it ranked up once.

If the issue comes back you can request grade-12 under the “rank/role request” sub-forum with an screenshot of /grade as evidence
