Grade won't go up | HusbandRp

Hello, so I've been having a problem in where my grade won't go up, and the timer resets, and I'm stuck in the same grade. I've tried clicking the "Click here" if I'm not the right grade. But it just puts me in the same grade.

And so I'm requesting, for my grade role to be put at it should be.
