Grading Up

I've been playing on the server for a while, and I've stayed at grade 8 for a long time, and haven't graded up yet. Is there a way for me to fix this? I think I would be grade 12 by now, or older. Thanks !

Can you show a screenshot of what /grade says and give me your IGN?

It says this sometimes, and then it'll say I've reached maximum grade, but my grade doesn't change visually. It just says 8th grade.
