VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME: Green Bicycle

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
So, I was sitting on the top of that tower at powerplant and I decide to get down. But instead of walking down or jumping I just put my green bicycle on and ride it down. I get down safely and pickup my green bicycle. After that, I decide to get out of powerplant from the hole on the wall but I couldn't reach it. So I just put my green bicycle on that hole and ride on it then get down from it to reach the top of wall. Suddenly, I get a TON of damage for no reason (although I assume it might be from the fall damage that I suppose to receive from getting down from the tower on the bicycle) and die. When I respawn I do not have the bicycle in my inventory so I use /vehicle pickupall and it says I have 0 vehicles so I went back to the powerplant, the bicycle is gone. Its not in my inventory, not at the powerplant and I can't call it back even after relog.
