Green Bike and Raccoon Phone Glitch After Playing Basketball

I recently got back my green bike that had been glitched from my inventory. While I was playing basketball, not only did the bike just disappear from my inventory when the game was over, but my raccoon phone as well was gone /: I don't have any recent screenshots with the bike, but please refer to my past reviewed ticket. I attached my most recent screenshot that my raccoon phone was in, I also attached my proof of purchasing a bike from before. Hopefully someone can help me thank you! I really want my items back :P
