Additional Information:
I was riding the bike, and it turned quickly and fell into a body of water due to lag and just evaporated. I tried doing the callback command to get it back to my inventory but it said "0 vehicles have been returned to the owner". It may be some kind of glitch or fault. I also have more pictures for evidence if needed.
