Help! Anyone else have this?

Every time I try joining the server it wont let me. It says "There wasn't a lobby server so you were disconnected". It says there's a slot for a player but it still wont let me. Help please!

Try connecting to this IP: rpnetwork.co

It's essentially the lobby for SRP, so you'll be able to connect by either clicking a player statue thing or running the command /server schoolrp

I get that when I try to connect in 1.12, Try using 1.13.2 that always works for me
