Help Me Destroy The FORBIDDEN ZONE (Glitched Blocks)

ISSUE: I recently rejoined the server and had repurchased the apartment I had lived in before I had left. While attempting to move things around, I had been given a message that said 'You cannot place this block here.' This seems to be a common bug, but I didn't receive a response from my ticket. I labeled this block as the 'FORBIDDEN ZONE'.
