Help with Apartment please.

It has been six days since I bought my apartment and I need help with removing the two chests and two doors. I left a space open on the 2nd floor for what all I want removed(Including the blocks above and below both doors.) The Two chests are on the side of the stairs in the middle of the floor, Nothing are in them.
