I've tried to claim a house but I can't. I've typed in /claimdoor but the door I try to claim says unclaimable door. And I'm not near the school. How can I claim a door?

It's an unclaimable door for a reason. Find a claimable door and then do /cd.

You can't use those as those aren't houses!
