Hello, I've found this server and I have not really a clue on why it wont let me join, the ip is there at the main page at all times but I can't join, it says 'Cannot connect' or something along those lines.

You can join the RoleplayHub Minecraft community by using Minecraft
Java Edition and one of the following IPs:

play.roleplayhub.net
mc.roleplayhub.net
play.schoolrp.net

This will get you to the hub, where you can pick the server you wish to
join by right-clicking the nether star, one of the NPCs, or doing /server [Name]​
