I first joined SRP in 2021! [Playtime: 5 weeks & 30 hours] I have taken breaks now and then, but I have been playing consistently for around the past 6 months. My activity would probably increase if I were to be a councillor as well, but here's a little table to show when you can probably find me online or free! (Yes, I still have school, but I still try to be online as much as I can!)

⋆°。⋆ TRIVIA QUESTIONS ⋆°。⋆ ♡

What is the student council and what do they do?:

They are what is called the voice of the student body. They help share student's ideas, interests and/or concerns with the SLTs and Faculty to create the best learning atmosphere for the students of Karakura as they can! When the SLT or school faculty cannot help, they step in- they are necessary to help the teachers out in the fields of behaviour, event management, wellbeing of the students, and more. The student council also gives students an opportunity to develop leadership skills by organizing and carrying out school activities. In addition to planning events, they uphold all school values and school spirit! They spread a positive attitude around the school, representing the school well in the community through service, as well as acting respectfully while wearing the school uniform.

What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):

I've been playing on SRP for a while now, and I've always thought being a councillor would be fun. I've seen lots of interactions with Councillors and I think I'd love to experience that first hand . Overall I think it'd just be a great way to stay active within the server while contributing to the SRP community!

Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):

Yes! I am actually an SRC Captain in school oocly, (not that you really care LOL), and helping out/coming up with events is so much fun! I imagine it'd be similar (not the exact same, but yeah. . ) in Minecraft, too!

Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:

President [High School & College ]:
They represent the council- as the chair of the council, they ensure that all meetings run smoothly with minimal disruption. They represent the student body of the school and show school spirit and values!

Vice-President [High school & College]:

The vice-president has authority when the president is not available. They assist the president and mostly take on the same task.

Councillors [High School & College]:
The councillors assist with the SLT, making sure everyone is listening to the rules but also making sure everyone is okay! Their main goal is to maintain a positive environment for all students at Karakura High. They uphold school spirit and all school values!

SLT (Senior Leadership Team):

The SLT are like a bridge between the students, councillors and staff. They help enforce school rules, organise events, and do much more. As role models of Karakura High, they hold all school values and support both the students and staff.

Students! :
Without the students, there would be no school (obviously). Ideally, they hold school values and rules, helping contribute to a positive environment and learning space at Karakura, however, this is not always the case . . but anyways! The students advocate, complain, protest and talk about issues or ideas they may have.

⋆°。⋆ IC SECTION : SCENARIOS ⋆°。⋆ ♡

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?

[INTERVIEW]

"Well, I think I would politely remind the student to stay quiet! And, of course, if this continues, I will bring them aside, quietly, I wouldn't want to embarrass them or anything, of course. I'd just ask them what's going on, or just ask them if they need to cool down, you know? You never know what's going on in someone's life. . they might need help. Oh, and I would remind them of the school values, of course!"
"Now. . if this continues, I would have to issue a detention, and if there is still disturbance after all that, I suppose the best thing to do is wait with the student outside for SLT, yes, I would do that." she looked back up, smiling softly, rather proud of her answer.

[ACT]
Nayori's eyes would scan over the school assembly, making sure everyone is comfortable and not causing any issues . . when suddenly her eyes catch a student behaving rather disruptively. She raised an eyebrow, taking everything in, trying to figure out how she could best handle this situation while causing as minimal disruption as she could. Careful not to escalate the scene larger than it already is, she quietly walks over to the student, tapping them on the shoulder. She would signal for them to be brought over to a corner out of view from the other students, before continuing with a soft and gentle voice, "Hey is everything okay? You seem a little off today . . wanna talk about what was going on there?" she would study the student's expression, if they seemed upset or mad she would soften her tone. "Do you need a minute to cool down or anything? We can step outside and talk about it if you like."

A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?

[INTERVIEW]

"Well. . . unfortunately, I'm not sure I'm athletic enough to chase after them . ." she laughs softly, tapping her fingers on the desk, thinking. . "I think I would keep a distance from them anyways- as to not escalate it any further . . I'd politely try to reason with them, remind them of the rules, you know? I reckon I'd then radio for SLTs right away to handle the situation. I'd try to give a description of the student too, and their name, if I know it." she nods, as if agreeing with herself . . . "Then I'd keep an eye out for that student, in case they come back- although I wouldn't confront them myself if I were to see them. I'd also follow up with the student after it's all sorted .. . to make sure everything's okay, that they won't do it again- and that they're alright, most importantly."

[ACT]
Nayori would stand firm, her eyes narrowing at the student, although a hint of concern was in her eyes. She had already given them a warning, even brought up a detention, but instead of listening they turned on their heel- and ran! Her eyes widened- not expecting that- but she adjusted quickly, pressing the radio. "SLT, I have a student refusing to remove their mask! They just ran off [location!] and [description of the student, as detailed as she can]." She scanned the area, looking for places they might be or could appear again, before her eyes catch some nearby students who had witnessed it- they were whispering. She turned her attention to them- "Alrighty everyone! Let's not make a big deal out of this, it's all under control . . back to what you were doing, yeah?" She said gently, with a small and reassuring smile. Even though the situation was out of her hands now, she made a mental note to check in with the student later. She wouldn't be upset or jump straight to anger, she'd approach calmly- as always. She wasn't just there to enforce all these rules, she was there to understand and see if they need help.

A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?

Her brows would furrow slightly upon hearing this, this one was a bit harder. After a moment, she nods. "First thing I'd take the teacher's concerns seriously- this is definitely not something to ignore. I would start by asking the teacher to gather details, ya know - what happened, when did this start, is the behaviour getting worse, and I'd ask some of the students too."
Her expression and tone would shift into something more soft, her brows still furrowed in thought. "Now about the student. . I'd approach them calmly but cautiously too, you never know what's going on. Bringing up a detention will just escalate this situation, and that's not what we want. I'd try to meet with them privately, or maybe with the teacher too. I wouldn't want them to feel as though they're being interrogated or embarrassed in front of everyone . . . " She would kind of mimic the tone she'd use if she were talking to the student, calm and kind. "Hey, so, we've noticed you've been expressing yourself in some rather . . intense ways recently. Would you like to talk about it- with me, or any councillors you'd maybe be a bit more comfortable with?" She nods, agreeing with herself, her tone switching back to one of confidence and calmness. "From there, it's about listening. If they're willing to open up, we can work on these behaviours and find the best way to support them! Whether that's guidance, counseling, or just someone to chat to and understand them occasionally."
"Now. . if they don't respond well, and these behaviours continue, and the threats become even more serious, well . . the best thing to do is work with the teacher and/or SLTs to help this out more. Either way- I wouldn't just drop the situation after one talk. I would continue to check in with the student, and their peers too. . yes, I would follow up with the other students as well, to make sure they are okay."

She would finish with a small but firm smile. "Everyone deserves to feel safe at Karakura. Both the student in question and the students around."

A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?

She would smile softly. "Yes! Students 100 percent have the right to express themselves and their opinions, and I wouldn't want to shut them down."
She'd pause- tapping her fingers lightly, thinking before continuing speaking. "Of course, there are some guidelines though. I would sit down with them, to ask them what they're protesting about, and what their main goal is. If it's just a peaceful demonstration, as in, not involving any sort of violence, discrimination, harassment, or huge distractions to other students and their education, I would be all for helping them organise it and keeping it in check!- I'd let them know what a suitable time, area, all of that stuff. I'd make sure they know the rules too."
"I'd let the SLTs, Teachers, and other Councillors know what's going on, just so they're prepared in case anything gets out of hand. I'd check in with the students during the protest too- to see how everything's going and remind them why the guidelines I set beforehand are important."

Her expression would soften. "But most of all, I say go for it! I'm all for protests- I want the students of Karakura to know that their voice matters and they are heard! Of course, while making sure the school and students stay safe and nobody is hurt."

A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?

Nayori would sit up straighter, her lips pursed together in thought. "Hm, well, of course I would never want that to happen; but of course everyone makes mistakes sometimes. I would stay calm, and hear them out, you know, ask them to clarify what I did and how I can improve. Maybe I had misunderstood something, or there's been a change I wasn't aware of . . . or maybe I actually did stuff up- then I would take full responsibility for it. But either way, I'd listen, taking note of everything they say. . . if I still felt confused, I'd ask the higher-ups to confirm. But anyway . . ."
"Nobody's perfect, and besides, the best thing about learning is making mistakes and learning from them. I wouldn't let any of this get in my way, I would build from it!"
She smiled confidently. "Ya know, at the end of the day, I would just want to get my job right. If that means learning and double-checking my mistakes, I'm all for it!"

Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):

༘˚⋆。⋆.✧˚ EVENT 1: EASTER EGG-STRAVAGANZA WEEK! ༘˚⋆。⋆.✧˚

"So, what really is this event, you ask?" Her eyes seemed to twinkle with excitement! "Well, we all know Easter's coming up, so I thought we might as well make an event out of it! The whole idea is the traditional easter activities. . . you know, easter egg hunting, easter egg raffles, races. . but- there's a twist!" she paused, almost as if there was some sort of . . imaginary drum roll in her head. "Competition. Bobcats VS Spartans! Anyone can get involved. . and it'll be tons of fun! Let me give you a quick example of everything . ."

[ACTIVITIES!]

1. Easter-Egg Hunt!

We all know normal easter-egg hunting. . You run around for the chocolate eggs (yum). But this one is a bit . . different. We will select about twenty-five different students from Bobcats & Spartans (this would be drawn randomly- no favoritism over here!). What will be called "Golden Eggs" will be scattered all over Karakura High School. But that's not it. Upon finding these eggs [you would right-click them], it would lead you to a clue. Challenges- little puzzles, riddles, that sort of thing. The Golden Eggs will be named [e.g, Golden Egg Number 1]. You will have to work with your team to solve the puzzle, and then run over to the stand to give your answer! Each egg found and solved is ONE point to your house. The houses will have 20 minutes- whoever has the most points by the end wins some chocolate. Who's going to win . . .?

Example of the Right-Click:

[Congratulations Egg-Hunter, You have found. . Golden Egg #1! Now the chance is yours. Solve this riddle and gain a point for your house! I do not march, but I arrive during it. I bring a new life, but I'm not a mother . . what am I? QUICK! Once you've got the answer, head back to the starting line and whisper. . "Golden Egg #1 . . [Spartan/Bobcats] . . . [The answer]" to a Councillor or SLT member! It's up to you and your team! The time is ticking!]
Also the answer is Spring by the ways! :)

2. House Relay: Egg-Toss

"THREE, TWO, ONE. . . GO! Don't drop it . ."
For all the athletes! This is like a classic egg-toss relay. By using the roll system (rolling out of 20 each time) it'll be like a race between the Bobcats and Spartans. So how will this work? Well, let's say a teammate rolls a 5 out of 20 at the starting line. This means they can advance 5 blocks forward past the line, before doing an action to pass the ball to a teammate. They roll out of 20. If you roll an EVEN number, your teammate gets passed the ball and can continue. If you roll an odd? OUT OF THE CHALLENGE. Kidding, the person who passed the ball before you will have to roll again. First team to cross the whole baseball pitch wins some chocolate eggs!

Example of the Game In Action: (Yes, I used my own characters)
[Grade-12] Nayori Mayumi rolls a 7 out of 20.
[Grade 12] Nayori Mayumi advances 7 steps forward.
[Grade 12] Nayori Mayumi rolls a 8 out of 20.
[Grade 12] Nayori Mayumi passes the ball to Miyuna!
OR . . .

[Grade-12] Nayori Mayumi rolls a 7 out of 20.
[Grade 12] Nayori Mayumi advances 7 steps forward.
[Grade 12] Nayori Mayumi rolls a 5 out of 20.
[Grade 12] Nayori Mayumi back to the starting line [or pass to teammate who had the ball before you (only if you didn't go first!)]
[Grade 12] Nayori Mayumi back to the starting line.

[Repeat until you have reached the end of the baseball field.]

3. Egg-Decorating Competition

This ones for all the DetailRPers and artsy people, who'd prefer not to not run around the school like a mad man or throw balls at each other. So. . . gather round, this is a chance to show off your artistic flair and creativity! Decorate an Egg in YOUR house colour (Red for Bobcats, Blue for Spartans). We want descriptions of the eggs, be creative as you want - but whole essays about the design of an egg is not. . ideal, we want 50 words max. (Let's not turn this into a reading class!) The top-5 best decorated eggs will win a REAL chocolate egg. We will have Councillors and/or SLTs to help choose the winners.

3. Easter Game Show!

This one's more of a history thing! We'll have about TEN students from each house represent their team in an Easter Game Show! This will be set up on the stage in the gym. How it'll work? Bobcats and Spartans will have to answer questions about Easter Traditions, History & Fun Facts. It's a fast-paced game, with bonus points for some answers. Knowledge, teamwork and quick thinking is crucial! Who will win?

⋆. ̊ [Back to the Interview. . .] ⋆. ̊

"So, what do ya think? Pretty cool, right? From each activity, the winning students will earn one point for their house, and whoever wins in total gets the Easter Egg-Stravaganza Golden Cup! We can have photo booths . . and it can be a dress up thing too . . you know, bob-cat themed bunny onesie, or Spartan Warrior with spring accessories. You get the gist!."
She slides over a piece of paper filled with doodles of all her ideas, her eyes still filled with excitement. She obviously loved to organise things. . .

☀︎⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ EVENT 2: SUNSHINE FESTIVAL! ・:*࿔.ೃ⋆☀︎

"This one is less competitive, more focusing on the well-being of students at Karakura High. It's not so much about the biggest wins or who's the fastest. Summer is just around the corner. . well, I would like to think that way anyways . . so I present to you. . the Sunshine Festival!" she paused, waiting for applause. . crickets. "Okay, I know it sounds corny . . but let me explain it to you!"

The Main Idea: The Sunshine Festival is to work on positivity. "Finding that sun in a stormy sky," as Nayori would say. This'll help promote positivity within our school. I would think of the Councillors as suns, someone who can help you, even if the weather starts to get a bit cloudy.

[ACTIVITIES/IDEAS]
1. Positive Notes
Every student in Karakura High will have the option to write a small and personalized note filled with encouragement, positivity, motivation and just words of kindness! All these notes will be collected and stored in a "Sunshine Box" at the front desk. Anyone can take a note at any time, whether it's for a confidence boost or some positivity to help them keep going.

2. Sunshine Tokens

During the Sunshine Festival, little tokens called Sunshine Tokens will be handed out to students throughout the day by Councillors or SLTs to students who are showing positivity, kindness and bravery!

3. Sunshine Stalls
In the gym, we will have lots of stalls set up! This is where different clubs can show their creativity- for example, the Cooking Club could make Sunshine Cupcakes, and the nap club could sleep. The art club could maybe make a collective mural, with the help of the students, where people can paint things that make them happy. We will also have a stall dedicated to the Councillors, where students can ask for advice, chat or get a grab a positive note!

[HOW DOES THIS HELP?]
"Well, by doing this, we're building a much stronger school environment! You know, the smallest acts of kindness can make someones day better! It'll kind of remind students that to always look for the bright side of things, even when it might be hard." She grins, sliding over a bright yellow flyer covered in doodles. "So, what do you think?"

⋆°。⋆ Personal Information: ICLY ⋆°。⋆♡

Name:

Nayori sat in the chair, beaming, just happy to be there! Her hands were folded neatly in her lap, still, although her eyes seemed to constantly dart around the room, taking everything in.

"Oh- my name is Nayori Mayumi!"

She softly smiled.

Gender:

"I identify as a female!"

Age:

"I am 18 years old!"

Phone number:

"My phone number is 030-835-4189!"

How would you describe your personality?:

"
How would I describe my personality? . ." she paused for a moment, thinking, her fingers gently tapping on the table . . "Well, I suppose I'm a kind person. A helping hand is the best one to offer, don't you think? I believe kindness makes a bigger impact than most people think."
"I'd also think of myself as positive. I believe everyone is a good person, although there are definitely some . . . strange individuals in this town. But who am I to judge?" she giggled softly, before turning her attention back to the question asked.
"People say I always find the silver-lining, whatever that means . . I guess it's a way of saying to always look for the good sides of things. It's like . . . imagine your looking at a cloudy sky, right?" she scribbled a drawing of a stormy cloud. "There's always a spot where the sun can peak through, not that it's always easy to spot, but it's definitely always there! . ." she zoned out slightly, her voice trailing off. She drew a glimpse of a sun behind the stormy cloud to her drawing, before blinking and snapping back to the conversation, smiling sweetly.

"Yeah, so that's me in a nutshell I suppose!"

Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):

Description: [名依里 真弓] The woman in front of you moved with effortless grace, her warm brown eyes shining with quiet confidence. Silky ash blonde hair framed her face, neatly kept but softened by subtle light pinkish-purple highlights. She stood refined, yet entirely approachable.

screenshot-1741324120791.pngScreenshot 2025-03-07 161021.png
(base & outfit made by me . . ! )

"I'd say my style is all for that pink and cute vibe, but honestly, I love trying out different styles. I think expressing your individuality through clothes and hair colours,. . that sort of thing, is really important! I take lots of pride in my hair . . it may be box dye, but it's got a lot of character to it! It makes me feel like I'm me, if that makes sense. Oh. . and yes, I have piercings. On my ears, eyebrows, and a couple in my nose. Some old people disagree with them, but I think they make me look pretty cool . . right? It's just like accessorising- but permanent, well, semi-permanent, and on your face. Anyways, I think fashion, hair, and piercings are just a way to show who you are without saying a word."

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:

She sat up a bit straighter, the same gentle smile still on her face as she spoke with a friendly and enthusiastic tone. "Well, I'd say what separates me apart from other people is how I have the ability to really listen to people. . I mean, it's one thing to say you care, but it's another to actually make an effort to understand the needs of people, if you get what I mean. I'm also not the type to just wait for things to happen. I want to make sure that I’m not just talking about what could be done, but actually doing something about it.
That’s what I think sets me apart." She added, a touch of confidence in her tone.

Why do you want this position?:

"Why do I want this position? Well. . I want to make a difference!" she said, her tone sounding full of certainty and positivity. "You've probably heard tons of people say that before, but, I really mean it! I want to be the person students know they can rely on when anything isn't going to plan, if they need help, a friend, . . . someone to talk to, you name it- I'm there! Students at Karakura High should be safe and supported—like, not just be in a good environment, but actually feel it, you know?" She sits up straight in her chair! "And I know that with the way I approach being a councillor, I can make sure that happens!"

What interests you the most about student council?:

Nayori tilted her head slightly, thinking, the tips of her fingers lightly tapping on the desk as if it was to the rhythm of a song. "Honestly? The connections, I think, that's what interests me the most. Being in a student council means I get to talk to so many different people . . students, teachers, even other council members, and actually listen to what THEY need. It's always fascinating to learn other people's perspectives, and I love meeting and understanding people! Also, are we going to talk about the idea of being like . . the bridge between students and the school? That's just super duper exciting for me! And I get to be a part of changes that actually matter, that really help people! I think that's what interests me the most." She looks up, beaming, her excitement almost impossible to miss.

What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:

She immediately sat up straighter in her chair. "What could I contribute? A lot- and I mean a lot!" She started to count off her fingers, as if she was making a list in her head. . "First of all my amazing reasons- safety! Nobody should ever feel alone at school, it's a horrible feeling. I'd work on helping students out- telling them where to go, or who to see when they need help . . you know, mental health support, conflicts, or just somebody to talk to . . all students should feel safe within Karakura. Also, I'm not the type to just . . walk by when I see someone struggling- physically or mentally. I'll check in with them, ask them what's up, you get the gist. I won't hesitate to bring any issues up to my fellow councillors! Anything can be fixed!"

She clapped her hands together! "Now for the fun part . . . I am not a boring person. I want to stop school feeling like a place where you HAVE to be all the time, it should be somewhere you want to be! Planning and organizing events is super fun to me, and like the examples I gave previously in the interview- activities that actually get people excited! They'll be thinking-" she would do a lousy impression of a high school boy. "YAY! An awesome house-spirit-easter-egg-hunt-thing organised by Nayori! Rather than, ya know-" the tone of her bad impression would drop, becoming more negative. "Oh shucks I have to go to school!" She shakes her head, as if snapping back to the question. "Sorry. Anyways, these super cool fun events will bring students together, outside of the classroom! It's also important to work on the fact that everyone, even the quieter students, have a chance to participate and feel included."

She smiled confidently, happy with her answer! "Karakura should be a place where students feel safe! And heard, and respected, and just . . . like they actually belong, you know? Anyways . . thanks for your time!"
