What is the student council and what do they do?: They are there to help and make sure they are perfect role models for the other students.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.): I wanted to try out for something that would help me and other people so I have decided to apply for council, some of my friends are in the council and I thought it would be good for me to join as well.
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events): Yes I do!
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:

SCENARIOS
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?: I would pull them aside asking them to stop disturbing if they do it again it would lead to a detention saying it with a stern but yet cheerful enough voice to not intimidate them.
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?: Take it to someone with a radio and ask to radio them down to the front desk, then take the mask till end of day and give them detention for running away!
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?: I would talk to the teacher about maybe contacting SLT, and telling the student to stop saying threats to students tell them if they continue it will be a detention and if they are caught doing ANYTHING it is a straight detention.
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression? No, I would ask the students what the protest is about and what would it cause if its okay enough to happen I would allow it if its stupid and inappropriate I would tell them no and to find a new way to protest without hurting or making anyone upset.
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?: I would double check by asking them what I'm doing wrong and then tell them that I was taught this by the higher-ups if they have a problem with it they can speak to them.
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):For the summer they could open the pool or maybe do a trip to the beach for a pool party! includes floaties, water guns and ice cream and make the area enough for everyone and put tape where they are not allowed to go or some signs, there will be a competition for whoever can do the most laps in the ocean or school pool and the winner gets a prize (could be anything like a duck floatie or a free water gun!) There would be many shade areas for where people can cool down and maybe there will be some sold hand held fans for people to cool down, for the people who cant swin there could also be a sand castle competition on whoever makes the best sandcastle wins!
