Describe your activity on SchoolRP:

I'm a pretty active member of the community on my main account (honglisan). I am a member of the College Female Basketball Team through my main character, Soo-Min Park, who is also very active in SRP's shop and commerce scene as Yona-Yona's Head Cosplayer/Event Planner(previously "Yona"), taking on a management/leadership role for about half a year now. I have been an employee of Yona-Yona for almost a full year as of this August.

I play nearly every day, and I mostly engage in roleplay, complete shop activities, host events for the shop, and utilize the basketball plugin. Recently, I've gotten into tailoring. I voice act Akari Sazuki in the SRP series on YouTube. So I'm pretty involved, and I love the community!

I am maintaining a full-time job, as well as a part-time job (ironically, teaching and working with children). So I am online on weekdays after 6:30 MST, and pretty much all day on weekends.

Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:

I have been roleplaying for just about three years now on SRP alone and have gone through many full-story character arcs throughout the years. I am more than confident in my ability to roleplay, use proper commands, and DetailRP when the time calls for it! As mentioned before, I am also head of cosplay for Yona-Yona, and that role demands DetailRP constantly, so it's something I'm very confident with. I've also done performances, which means I know how to keybind my actions, appends, and overall anything that is needed of me in an RP scenario.

What are your current roles on SchoolRP:

(honglisan) [College][M][Basketball] Soo-Min Park
(honglisan) Head of COSPLAY/EVENTS at Yona-Yona Cosplay [College][M][Basketball] Soo-Min Park
(eflowa) Idol for Hoshino Productions [Grade-12] Lucienne Mikami

What is the subject you want to teach?:

Music

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:

I want to use this as an opportunity to utilize my alt account more and also be more involved with different factions in SRP. I would apply with my main account; however, I wish to stay in varsity because I genuinely love my teammates, and I'm not ready to leave them just yet. I also have a deep love and appreciation for anything music-related! I play several instruments in real life. These include piano, violin, guitar, vocals, and much more! It's always been a part of my life, and being able to use this opportunity to find, inspire, and collaborate with like-minded individuals would be a dream come true.

Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:

1.
INTRODUCTION TO MUSIC THEORY:
- Discussing the basic components of Music Theory (Rhythm, Pitch, Dynamics, Tempo, Form)
- Deeper dives into each component can be saved for other classes/lectures in the future
- A general note-taking class, in which there will be a lecture defining all the main components of music and explaining their role, importance, and usage in a composition
- This class would see college students taking notes, interacting by asking/answering questions related to the subject material
- The session will end with a brief foundation of knowledge quiz that focuses on the key terms defined in class

2.
RESEARCH PROJECT: COMPOSERS AND THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS
- A class focused on researching and writing a 'mock-essay' type assignment about a composer of the student's choice
- This 'essay' will include a brief biographical section on a real-life composer and discuss their contributions to the music scene
- Students will be supported and guided to ensure that the class is fun, engaging, and hopefully educational
- Marks from this class will be posted on the Discord, encouraging academic integrity and motivating server activity

Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:

CLASSICAL MUSIC IMPROMPTU SHOWCASE
a full SRP school day field trip

- Using one of the many stages around Karakura Town, students will be allowed to showcase their creative minds and hone their inner music critics (respectfully, of course).
- Students will be allowed to bring their own musical instruments and perform, collaborate on a piece with their peers, or work individually.
- During the final period, students will come up on stage and showcase what they've worked on in previous periods, while being given support and constructive feedback from their peers and instructors alike
- This is meant to be fun, engaging, and a good activity to foster great DetailRP between students.

Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?

Aurora Sørensen has a slightly teasing personality, but she is responsible. She would approach the group cautiously, with her radio in hand, and assess the situation. If it's an altercation or something that should not be occurring on school grounds, she would intervene with a lighthearted but straightforward approach. The tone in her voice would be kind but warning. "I hope that everyone here is getting along, hmm? I would hate to have to give out detentions because our students don't know how to behave on school grounds." She would address the college students first, asking them to explain the situation before turning her attention to the high school student, and asking them to explain their side of the story. She would then assess the severity of the situation and warn the students about their misdemeanors, doling out detentions if the situation required.

Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?

Aurora would make a point of telling the student their behaviors are disruptive and unacceptable in the environment they are in, reminding them and perhaps nagging them that this poor behavior is most likely what got them into detention in the first place. She would tell the student if they have a real question or concern, to take it up with her or another supervisor, after detention is over. If the poor behaviors persist after the warning, Aurora would not hesitate to contact an SLT member, supplying relevant information on the disruptive student and reporting on the negative behaviors displayed.

Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?

Aurora Sørensen would approach the group and remind them that while yes, this is a music class, there is a time and place for recreational listening. "Your behavior is quite disruptive, and I am trying to teach a class of bright minds. So it's your choice, you can choose to be active listeners and respect mine and everyone else's time, or you can leave my class immediately; you will not be receiving any attendance points. Your choice." She would be firm, straightforward, and efficient. She herself would most likely be annoyed by the disruption, but she would handle the situation with the grace and professionalism expected of a staff member.

If the disruption continues, she will follow through with the actions she warned them about and will promptly remove them from the educational environment, allowing the other students, who are behaving and engaged, to learn.

Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?

Aurora is not known to get violently physical in any situation, so she would not try to physically break up the fight. She is inherantly observant, so she would first check to see if any medical attention is required, if she she would radio for a nurse or EMS if the injuries are severe enough. She would give a loud, stern verbal warning that SLT will be notified as she pulls out her radio to call for faculty backup. She would do everything in her power to ensure that the conflict is handled in a way that allows for the safety of everyone nearby.

Aurora Sørensen is a 28-year-old Norwegian woman with a lineage deeply rooted in the arts. Her father was a conductor for the Oslo Philharmonic, and her mother was an opera singer. Her gentle Norwegian accent and graceful bearing make her presence distinctive, but what truly sets her apart is her lifelong devotion to music. At a young age, she was encouraged to pursue music, and she quickly discovered she had not only a great passion but also a rare gift as a violinist. She focused heavily on her music education in her younger years and honed her craft through days and nights of practice, rehearsal, and repetition. Despite the rigorous nature of her studies, she couldn't be happier.

Aurora, like her parents and many siblings, shares the defining trait of blue-grey eyes and striking platinum blonde hair. She is a tall woman, by Karakura standards, standing at 5'8 with a stature that can only be defined as graceful and incredibly poised. On the average day, she is calm and collected with a bold and passionate intensity hidden behind her watchful gaze.

Aurora lived in Karakura throughout her teenage years, studying traditional Japanese classical music under the tutelage of her seasoned mentor, Takeshi Kimura. Aurora attended high school and even completed her first year of college there before pursuing higher education back in Europe. She went on to study at the Zürich University of the Arts in Switzerland, where she graduated with her Master of Music (MMus) in 2023, specializing in performance and pedagogy. She spent two years as a part of the Oslo Philharmonics, with her own father as her conductor. Now, in 2025, she returns to Karakura not as a student but as a newly appointed professor, eager to guide the next generation of musicians with the same dedication that shaped her own career.

Ms. Sørensen’s outlook on students is unique. She is passionate about cultivating talent and firmly believes that every individual has their own rhythm and voice, but her teaching style carries a distinct air. She is lighthearted, yet with a sharp edge. Rori is also known to adopt a slightly teasing, even condescending tone with her students, not out of cruelty, but as a way to challenge them and push them beyond complacency. Beneath her playful critiques lie a genuine commitment to their growth. While she is quick to laugh and enjoys the banter of a lively class, she is equally firm when discipline is needed, leaving no doubt about her high expectations.

Her approach with colleagues and other members of faculty is more laid back. She is by no means apathetic or avoidant, but she does not spend a lot of her time engaged in "meaningless banter". She is the type of colleague to offers to pay for your lunch if you forget it, or drive you home when your car breaks down, but she would do so with a parental-like level of condescension.

In regard to her goals for the future, she sees herself expanding Karakura's music program. She holds a deep-rooted respect for her Karakura-born mentor and carries on his wish to preserve the beauty of classical traditions, while also weaving them into modern artistry. She hopes to establish international exchange opportunities with conservatories in Europe, bridging her past studies in Switzerland with her present role in Japan. For Aurora, teaching is not merely a career but a calling: a way to honor her own journey while helping to raise the next generation of bright-minded, starry-eyed artists.

In summary, Aurora is soft-spoken and poised, but beneath her calm exterior lies wit, passion, and an unshakable determination to prove what she and her students can do.
