Hospital ID card glitched into a car I could drive...

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This has happened to me before with other items... you know then glitching into a car BUT I WAS NEVER ABLE TO ACTUALLY DRIVE IT AND I COULD DRIVE THIS?? Asked in /help and Minobu (aesthetic#1400) took the car for now... I just need the ID.
