How and in what store do I get a phone?

how do i get a phone. I'm in the 10th grade and i have enough money, what should i do?

Either buy it from another player or wait until a shop is open

1. Buy one from the auction house, which can be found at the back of the spawn
2. Buy one from open player-ran shops at a generally low price. More on this here
