How do I use tickets?

Hello there!!
To create a ticket in-game you will need to be online and do /help, it will give you directions on what to do, once you write out what you wish for the ticket to say and press enter in chat. A yes or no prompt will come up and you will click moderator and Boom!! Ticket in! Remember that if it is dealing with anything account side, you will need to be online for the changes to happen.
