How do you sit and ect;

hey im a noob at this server and I was wondering how you sit and do other controls. I haven't eaten on the server and I have two hunger bars left. can someone give me some general explanation of the controls and how to play?

As for food, you have to find it yourself ICly. There will be shops open every now and then where you can purchase food, or simply ask someone for food as long as it's in roleplay.

I believe this is in the wrong section and should be going under the technical support section.
