ISSUE: Regions locked, glitched areas.
The top and bottom layers need to be buildable in order to create the 7 block tall basement that all teams are supposed to have.
A loose block in the stairs, easy to spot, can't build there.
Another loose block at the top of the stairs.
The ceiling needs to be buildable in order to utilize the attic above.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: There should be signs that are labelling each issue. Again, I have permission from the captain. nickolop#4934 if you need further confirmation from him!
