Describe your activity on the server:

I've been playing on SRP for 2 years now. Previously, I was busy doing a lot of GangRP for the past 2 years. I've stopped playing SRP after a gang was disbanded. After all that, I came back with way more motivation than I had before. I'm mainly roleplaying with the new character, roleplaying with most of the school employees. Now I'm trying to spend as much time as possible in the server to find new friends on the new character.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I do.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:

I'm applying for the Chef role.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:

As Chef, I will run the school kitchen and provide immersive, reliable food service for the students. My role includes menu planning (daily meals, weekly rotations), meal preparation and serving, maintaining kitchen hygiene and RP food-safety standards. I will remain active during peak SRP time periods. I'll try to prepare as much meals as possible, for the time these meals have to be served (8:00 and 12:35). Outside of these times, I will patrol in the hallways, see if any kids are fighting, if they are I would break the fights, I would hand people detentions for not following the rules.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:

I’ve been roleplaying for quite a while now, about 2 years in total, mainly in CrimeRP communities, where I’ve learned a lot about storytelling, character development, and keeping situations realistic and engaging. Through my time in CrimeRP, I’ve gained a strong understanding of proper roleplay - things like not powergaming, avoiding RP, metagaming, and making sure every action is fair and logical within the scene. I’m comfortable writing detailed /me’s, because the CrimeRP motivated me to write them more and more often. In 2024 when I started playing more and more, I found a lot of new friends, that are still my ooc and ic friends till now. I remember most of the people from the first gang I've been in, they're still playing SRP. With the people from 2024 I'm still moving on, RP'ing with them a lot. In 2024 I learned a lot of new things about the whole SRP server. The first gang I joined was Woodson Syndicate, in which I spend most of my time playing SRP. When I joined I saw a lot of people I didn't know, but the people from the gang are my friends till now. We achieved a lot, we achieved UVG and that was our best achievement. After the gang got disbanded, in 2025 I joined another gang, with the same members, called Pruszkow, we also achieved UVG, but it also got disbanded. And now I'm here writing this application.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:

I want to join the School Employee faction because I really enjoy community-based, realistic roleplay and want to be part of keeping the school environment active and engaging for other players. After spending time in different types of RP, I’ve realized I enjoy the more calm and structured atmosphere that SchoolRP offers, it allows characters to have steady roles, interact with many people, and contribute to the day-to-day life of the school. I have a lot of friends that are the part of the faction, so it motivates me even more to join it. And the other thing is that I just love to communicate with people I don't know.

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My character wouldn't panic, he would turn around to see who called him that, then he would stare at the person who called him pathetic and ask him if he heard it right. After the answer he would take a step closer, and ask the person to apologise on the spot or he would give him a detention. After that he would remain calm and just dip the situation.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:

My character would react quickly but calmly. First, they would move closer to the scene and speak in a firm but controlled tone, telling both students to stop immediately. They would not physically get involved unless absolutely necessary for safety. My character would then separate them by standing between them at a safe distance and calling for a teacher to assist. After ensuring no one is seriously injured, they would ask them what happened, after knowing the situation they would give them both a detention.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:

My character would handle the situation calmly and responsibly. First, they would make sure no one is in immediate danger, if the situation involves students or unsafe actions (like sharp equipment, fire, or anything hazardous), my character would act quickly to prevent anyone from getting hurt, while keeping a safe distance themselves. After making sure everyone is safe, they would speak to the employee in a calm, private manner if possible, asking them to stop what they’re doing and reminding them that it’s not appropriate or safe behavior. My character wouldn’t argue or escalate the situation, but would focus on de-escalation and safety.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?

When in the employee break room, my character acts calm, polite, and respectful toward other school staff members. He would sit somewhere in the corner of the room, not trying to talk to someone, just trying to be calm and relax. He would have a cup of coffee on the desk. He would drink it calmly, checking what else is going on the the break room, not trying to make a noise.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

/me
he would walk around the kitchen, trying to find any supplies that are not in their place. He checks the fridge, organizes everything in the fridge, so it would be easier for everyone to get the supplies they needed. He would also check the fridge for rice and some vegetables. As he took the supplies he needed, he would put them on the desk and would walk around the kitchen again, trying to find any misplaced supplies. As he finds some vegetables, he puts it in the fridge so everything is placed in it's place. He comes to the chair and sits on it calmly, waiting for the time to hit meal's time.

/me
adjusts their apron neatly before stepping behind the counter, checking the temperature of the ovens and organizing the workstation with practiced precision. He humbles softly under his breath as he lines up ingredients, fresh vegetables, rice, and seasoning, carefully ensuring everything is within reach. Once satisfied, he washes his hands thoroughly and start prepping for the day’s meals. He would start chopping vegetables, with fast calm motions. He would put the rice in a bowl, but the chopped vegetables in there also, and he would adjust the seasoning. He would put everything carefully in the oven waiting for it to bake. As it bakes, he would do the dishes and after that he would take out the baked food.

He hums a quiet tune as they organize utensils back into drawers. Despite being tired, their movements remain careful and methodical, showing pride in keeping the kitchen spotless. He would clean every spot, not leaving a missed dot of dirt. He would check the sinks, if there is anything uncleaned. He would spray some cleaning supply on the kitchen desk, cleaning it calmly.

Backstory

/* Describe how your character ended up becoming an employee including their previous life. It's optional to include earlier life. Make sure this is over 300 words and remove this comment after posting.*/
Ever since I was young, I loved cooking. Growing up in a household where both parents were professional chefs and owned a small family restaurant, I was surrounded by the sights, smells, and rhythms of a busy kitchen. From an early age, I spent countless hours helping my parents prepare ingredients, serve customers, and learn the craft of cooking. Watching my parents work with precision and care inspired them to take cooking seriously, and it taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and presenting food in a way that makes people happy. Since I was 7 years old, we moved from France to Japan, I started going to Karakura Highschool. During high school, my passion for cooking continued to grow. I often volunteered to help at home to cook dinner, or any other kind of meal. The experience of working in my parents restaurant gave me a natural confidence in the kitchen. I enjoyed not only preparing food but also making others feel included and cared for through small gestures, a nicely plated meal, a friendly word, or a warm smile. Tragically, when I was 17, my parents passed away unexpectedly. Overnight, the family restaurant in France, that had been the heart of my childhood was gone, and I was forced to navigate life without my parents guidance. The experience was painful, but it also strengthened my resolve to carry on my parents legacy in some way. Cooking became more than a passion, it became a way to honor my memory, to keep the lessons their parents taught alive, and to create a sense of community wherever they went. After turning 18, I still had my passion to cooking, so I cooked meals for friends, for anyone who needed my meals. I chose to major in Culinary Arts because cooking has been a lifelong passion. Growing up in a household where both parents were professional chefs, they developed a deep love for preparing meals, experimenting with flavors, and learning different cooking techniques. Studying Culinary Arts allows me to formalize these skills, master both traditional and modern cooking methods, and understand how to manage a kitchen effectively. To complement my culinary expertise, I chose to minor in Nutrition and Food Safety. This gives me the knowledge to prepare meals that are not only delicious but also balanced and healthy. Understanding nutrition allows me to cater to different dietary needs and promote student well-being.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
My motivation for joining KHS is that every student should have a nice breakfast to have a good day ! In my opinion, the most important thing at the start of the school day is the breakfast. Most of the students don't eat breakfast at home, so it's our job to make the best meal we can for the breakfast, so our students can eat and be happy the rest of the day. As a French guy, I can say cooking takes up a big part in my life and cooking for someone else is even better. I would do my best so the students would love every meal they eat.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:

In my opinion, I should be accepted over the other applicant because I have much more experience in cooking than most of people do. As I was born in France, I have learned a lot from my parents, who cook a lot, because they used to have Restaurant there. Most of my meals are loved by my family, by my friends and I would think that the students would love them also. The other thing is, that I learn from my mistakes and most of the time I don't even make mistakes.
