I am getting stuck in places A LOT needs improvement

Today, as I was scrolling around the server I fell to the sewage thingy I'm still stuck there and I caged out. Oh, and a month ago I got stuck in a 2 block deep whole couldn't get out until my friend helped me. She just glitches me out. And I still get stuck in that hole.
