Please make sure to disable any VPNs or proxies that either you or your ISP (Internet Service Provider) use. If, once you've checked this, you still cannot join the network, you'll need to send an e-mail to support@roleplayhub.com with as much evidence as possible to proof that you are not using neither of these to be whitelisted.
