ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: this is an old ss.. of my acc with my old character having it. Recently, I put the bag in a private chest to rebuild a room in my pent. I got busy and came back a few days later to grab it and it's gone. I contacted my friend who resides in the pent with me and she claims to have never touched my chest at all, she also doesn't have access to any of my alt accounts that are on the chest.
