I need help with getting on the server

On both of my accounts ImShookBasic and Spongey_Cullen ImshookBasic my main account I cant get in to but MY BESTFREIND got into it for me and I have nothing that I had like all my money and stuff is gone so I need help cause when I try to join the server it goes to loading terrain then it says disconnected every time and I need help cause I worked hard for all my money and I didn't want it gone so if you could please help me.

If you're using the 1.13 versions, switch to the 1.12 versions. If that isnt the case, try re-downloading Minecraft. Also, you might have joined when the server was down, since it has went down multiple times today. As for your items / money being gone, contact staff (preferrably with screenshots of what you had) and tell them what has gone missing. Other then that, you should be good.

I've tried re-installing Minecraft and it still didn't work so I'm very confused why it doesn't work but if I join all it says is Disconnected

I had the same problem I just changed my minecraft verison from 1.12.2 to 1.12.1 and that should fix it, let me know if it helped you.

Ok I Did that it worked but now all m stuff is gone I'm missing a orange all my 8000 yen and all my 7 or 8 marshmellow treats

Contact staff about that. You can go on the server and do /help to do so.
