I need some help!

Hi there, I don't know what to do.

I'm new and I don't know how to make character descs, roleplay well, etc.
Can someone help me?

Well basic roleplaying is quite simple. Ever act or roleplay in real life? Well, its like that in a way, but on this server you cant have any 'special powers' you just play the role you have to (Student)
To set a desc it would be pretty easy (/setdesc) so heres the basics you will need
[Character Name] [Height] [Weight] [Some random backstory people do to have more effect]
The rules and terminology are quite simple, some of the very simple rules will be found in-game by the spawn. You can go to the 'Rules and Terminology' thread file to see all the rules.
In this server you can actually apply for things (Jobs, Items, Languages, etc.)
Heres some basic commands
/setdesc, /nick (for donators), /ticket (for staff help), /w (whisper), /y (yell), /looc (Local Out of Character), /ooc (Out of Character), /roll (in rules and terminology), and /me (character actions)
Heres the jobs you can apply for (Note these are some basic jobs including IC and OOC roles)
- Teacher
- School Employee
- Media Developer
- Lore Developer
- Football Team (not a job)
- Staff (Closed since Ducks isnt looking for staff atm)
- Etc.
I have to be honest I had no idea what to do when I first joined back in 2015, but I got better so that means you will too!

I think before you do anything else it's important to read the rules as it helps you immensely with your roleplaying experience.

When setting a description, don't add personality traits etc, as it's only a physical description for your height, weight, hair colour, skin colour, eye colour, basically what can be seen directly.

The remaining thing I could tell you is that lessons are not taught during Period 1; only P2, P3 and P4.
