Describe your activity on the server:
I am active mostly everyday when not in college, which I attend 3 days a week and plan to get a job, which will hinder my activity but will give me long enough breaks to be able to put my full energy in when I am free. I currently log on everyday on my Surgeon account to fulfill my quotas for the month, but I still find a gap during school that could be fulfilled by entering my alternate account into another field which I have not entered for a while.

I have never been banned from the main server.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I am prepared to take responsibility and am well acquainted with the proposal to post inactivity logs when I am offline for long periods of time or unable to attend in short notice. Due to my hyper-fixated nature I am more aware of when I am away, or not doing something of importance, which I will always attempt to make up for in one way or another.

Tutors behold knowledge lots of elementary teachers have, but at a higher level. They have basic knowledge of each subject studied in school to an extent needed for the level they are working at, they provide out of lesson experience and after school study help for students within the school. They also may offer advice or refer them to resources to better help their studies during their time in school.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been playing SRP since 2019, but took a few month break between for my mental health, but before then I have been doing literate RP through text for almost a decade now, character design and creation has always been something I never get bored of and SRP and the lore behind it always has had a special place, hence my returns.

Situations

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:

Remain composed and warn them that they will be given detention if they continue giving verbal abuse, there should be three warnings implemented sternly before filing for a detention afterschool, if they do not back down or turn to further violence a higherup should be called or the authorities. If the individual is calm enough, she will offer consoling words and advice and attempt to see if there’s something going on that caused them to act out in such a way, she will listen to see if she herself had done anything wrong to work on it and make notes. Ida would create a list of ground rules, what students would expect from her and what she would expect from them in return to help keep a mutual understanding and respectful atmosphere through the implementation of such rules or statements.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
To attempt to intercept verbally at first, she would call for higher-ups to give support or the police if needed, never stepping in to physically separate them she would ensure no one else gets involved in the fight and ensure they stay back from the two involved - if no one else is available she would provide support to the injured and file detentions to those in the wrong after questioning what happened, if she believed there was a higher force at play or extreme amounts of violence she’d file a report and ensure the according authorities would salvage her details and give the proper justice to the victim. If a consented spar, she would provide the two individuals both with detention each for practising and possibly encouraging other students to do the same during school hours.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
As before, her first intuition is to intercept verbally with warnings and state the possible repercussions of the actions the individual is displaying. She will attempt to distract the individual with basic questions such as ‘What are you doing when you get home?’ in an attempt to calm down the employee - though this is only if the individual isn’t in a frenzy. She will remind the individual of the effects on their career and even future careers if they don’t refrain. Ida will then console them once calm and offer strategies to keep them calm and safe in the future.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Due to her hobby of being a maid, Ida tends to clean when she has nothing else to do, she’ll attend to the unfilled drawers, stock the fridge and use anti-bacterial wipes down on each surface to ensure the best environment for her co-workers. She tends to put her environments first and will re-go over surfaces with cleaning agents before washing them down with water to prevent anyone from touching harsher cleaning chemicals.

Backstory:
Ida Okichi came from a line of workers serving the rich, her mother before her a maid and her father a secretary. The sense of needing to serve seemed to come from the blood of her family, she got into etiquette early to help provide for her family, being quite low in the payroll hierarchy. As a young woman she grew bored of the societal norms placed upon her and turned away from her once peaceful livelihood to join a house of other young girls where they would get drunk and party and by 18, she had her first child and realised she had to reign herself in, a single mother who was behind others due to her lack of respect for education and need to escape . . . but it all stemmed from her own lack of sense and negligence for those around her. Filled with doubts she relocated to Tokyo, attempting to become a secretary while she trained for etiquette, hoping to teach it to her own daughter once she was old enough, and maybe she could become something better than she was as a young girl. Caught in dreams she wished she could achieve, Ida Okichi began trying to support other children, eventually relocating to Karakura where she took in children who needed her help most in attempts to give them the best chance at life, believing that she could prevent any more childhood neglect of education and etiquette by ensuring their protection herself. Due to Karakura's plague of gang activity, Ida was taken advantage of, after her mothers passing she escaped back to her home town, but now hopes to give the city a second chance.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining the KHS team is to get myself and others back into shape! I tend to be rather out of shape when not working, so to be in work outside of my hobbies would be amazing! I have 7 children myself attending the school, and I hope that within the walls of the school I can help other students be educated and provide help to all instead of my own children. I believe upon joining I can put myself and others back in line while providing my contacts and knowledge to students which need me most.

[OOC] I have worked previously at the school twice, ICly I have been a librarian and a teaching-assistant, and have worked many jobs across my time on the server.

[IC] I have volunteered at a primary school back when I was a teenager, but that’s as far as my experience extends other than being a mother.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe I should be accepted over applicants due to my previous experience of other childcare related jobs around the school, playing a motherly role for years. I am used to the discipline and behaviour of children and understand how to react accordingly that ensures compassion while maintaining a professional relationship with the individual. Etiquette and maid training has allowed me to gain experience of being disciplined and using what I’ve taken in I will be able to apply it to the schoolwork while educating those around me.​
