Idea for how to know if admins are online in the server. I have a few ideas.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: I know this will get a lot of flack from the Admins and Mods. Even so, as someone who is a victim to the "Disconnected" issue and mostly gets ignored, I think I speak for many people when I say something needs to change. I suggest that we have admins who are on the server change their captions or status on discord to "Online." I know you want to say "we don't belong to SRP," and "it's embarrassing to tell people about the server," but when you're just trying to get on the server to get paid for a custom skin you made for somebody and get no response from /help, you wonder if they're ignoring you. While you ask an admin/mod who is online in discord but when you get a response, they always say "I'm not online at the moment. Ask somebody else who is on the server." It can be quite frustrating. Or if this doesn't work: go back to the old system on the Discord server that gives you a role for when you're online on the discord. But we should maybe do this manually if you have to. When you log into the SRP Server, give this role to yourself. It's about less than one minute of work. Even just knowing if the Admins are online/offline would help immensely.

When we say we are not available/online to spawn people, we are not available to spawn people; I will usually always spawn people if I am online when I take the time to check the help discord channels which is frequently when I’m online

We have lives outside of the server, and use discord for other things beside SchoolRP; Usually messages sent later in the night time (For American Timezones) will take a longer time to get a response because a majority of staff are asleep / just waking up

Lovely_Ocean said something in your last fourms post about a role that staff would be able add and remove from ourselves on discord which would be a system that could possibly work, but personally for myself, I would see myself and probably a few other staff members simply forgetting to add this role to themselves, as its such a small and easy thing to forget- Also then becoming sort of a hectic thing for us to remember to do.

Please try to just be patient with the reply time with #help, we try to answer questions and messages in the chats as much as we can and apologize for the wait that comes with it sometimes, but understand that we do things outside of the server and that timezones will sometimes create a longer wait time
